Gerolimenas Beach

An Impressive and Picturesque Coast with a Scent of History

Gerolimenas Beach is located in the homonymous traditional settlement in Mesa Mani. It is one of the most protected and special coves in the area, which is surrounded by an imposing, vertical rock (the famous Cape Grossos). The setting combines the wild, stone architecture of Mani with the tranquility of an authentic fishing village.
  • Type of coast: Smooth, large white pebbles and stones on the coast, with sand in some parts of the seabed. The waters are deep, crystal clear and have an impressive emerald color.
  • Suitable for: Couples, groups and those looking for an atmospheric and quiet destination. It is considered a paradise for snorkeling thanks to its excellent clarity and rocky seabed.
  • Infrastructure: Mild organization with a few sunbeds and umbrellas. Right next to the coast there are traditional fish taverns, cafes and iconic, stone boutique hotels.
  • Access: Very easy by road via the central network (about 25 km from Areopoli). You can park freely in the parking lots of the settlement and walk 1-2 minutes to the water.
