Archangelos Beach is located in the homonymous, picturesque fishing village on the eastern shores of the Laconian Gulf, within the boundaries of the Municipality of Monemvasia. Nestled on the edge of a small peninsula and protected by imposing rocks, the beach offers a rare sense of security and tranquility.
- Type of beach: Golden sand with small, soft pebbles and rocks in places. The waters are crystal clear, shallow, crystal clear and the bay remains extremely sheltered
- Suitable for: Families with young children due to the shallow waters and the absence of strong currents. Also for those looking for a quiet vacation and snorkeling around the rock formations.
- Infrastructure: Moderately organized with the distinction of the Blue Flag. It has about 20 municipal umbrellas, sunbeds, showers and changing rooms. Just above it there are cafes, fish taverns and rooms to rent.
- Access: Very easy by road via an asphalt road (25 km from Molaoi and 80 km from Sparta). The village has a large area for comfortable and free parking next to the coast.
