Loutraki Beach is one of the most popular, vibrant and fully organized coastlines in all of central Greece. It stretches for an impressive 3.5 kilometers along the historic seaside resort of the same name. It uniquely combines the deep and crystal clear waters of the Corinthian Gulf with direct access to all urban amenities, the famous Casino and the cosmopolitan coastal promenade that is bustling with life at all hours of the day.
- Type of coast: An extensive strip of fine, smooth pebbles on the coast, which continues into the water. The waters are crystal clear, clear and deepen relatively quickly, while due to their exceptional cleanliness the beach is consistently awarded the Blue Flag every year.
- Suitable for: All types of travelers. It is ideal for groups and young people due to the numerous beach bars and events, for families due to the infrastructure and safety, but also for people with mobility difficulties, as the coast has special autonomous access ramps (SeaTrac) to the sea.
- Infrastructure: Excellent and fully organized along its entire length. It has hundreds of sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, changing rooms and lifeguard towers. Just above, on the large pedestrian street, there are countless cafes, beach bars, clubs, traditional taverns and luxury hotels. At the same time, there are also large free sections.
- Access: Very easy and direct. You can reach it by car from Athens in less than an hour via the New National Road Athens - Corinth. There is plenty of parking space on the surrounding roads behind the beach, as well as large public parking lots.
