After confirmation of the payment, the Administrator issues the legal Service Provision Invoice and proceeds with any related ancillary actions in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The Administrator reserves the right to modify the pricing policy and the charges of the promotion packages at any time. Any such modification will be notified in writing to the Client (via email) at least thirty (30) days before the date of its application.

Continued use of the Services or renewal of the subscription after this date constitutes unreserved acceptance of the new charges.
In the event that the Client delays payment of a renewal invoice or supplementary services beyond fifteen (15) days from the expiry of the payment deadline, the Administrator is entitled, without prior notice and without any liability for compensation:
To temporarily suspend or permanently remove the Client's listing/advertisement from the Website.

The Client remains obliged to pay any overdue debts to the Administrator up to the date on which the effects of the termination take place.
The Administrator (PAPANASTASIOU AND. IOANNIS) bears no liability for any non-fulfilment, defective execution or delay in the fulfilment of its contractual obligations (such as the promotion of the business, the availability of the Website or the execution of promotional actions), where this inability is due to force majeure events or to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a force majeure event, the contractual deadlines and the duration of the promotion are suspended for as long as the event lasts, without any right of compensation, termination or refund arising in favour of the Client.

The parties undertake not to make any public announcement, publication or disclosure of the Confidential Information to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party. At the same time, they undertake the obligation to impose the same strict confidentiality obligation on their employees, agents, external associates, accountants or legal advisors to whom it is necessary to disclose the information exclusively for the purposes of executing the Agreement.
Intellectual & Industrial Property Rights
All intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Website www.welovepeloponnese.com, the logo, the name "WeLovePeloponnese", the visual identity, the design, the software, the structure of the databases, the travel guides, the original texts and any other element created by the Administrator (PAPANASTASIOU AND. IOANNIS) or its associates, belong exclusively to the Administrator and are protected by the provisions of Law 2121/1993, European and international law.
The Client retains ownership and the intellectual/industrial property rights over the logos, trademarks, distinctive marks, photographs, videos and texts it delivers to the Administrator for posting.
By accepting the Offer and these Terms, the Client grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, technically format, adapt and display the aforementioned advertising material on the Website, as well as on the connected social media and promotional channels of WeLovePeloponnese.com, exclusively for the purposes of executing the agreed promotion.

The Client bears sole civil and criminal liability towards third parties for the material it provides. In the event that any third party (indicatively: photographer, creator, competing business, trademark holder) takes action out of court or in court against the Administrator claiming infringement of its intellectual or industrial property rights or infringement of personality from the Client's material, the Client is obliged to fully compensate the Administrator for every actual and consequential damage (including any awarded compensation amounts, administrative fines, legal costs and lawyers' fees).
Final Terms
If any term, paragraph or provision of these General Terms or of the Agreement is found to be void, invalid, unenforceable or inapplicable by a competent court or authority, this invalidity is limited exclusively to the specific provision and does not affect or prejudice the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining Terms, which remain in full force and effect.
The Administrator is entitled to transfer, assign or delegate all or part of its rights, claims or obligations arising from these Terms and the Agreement to a third natural or legal person (e.g. in the context of a transfer of the business, sale of the Website, merger or corporate transformation), without the prior consent of the Client being required.
The Client is not entitled to assign, transfer or grant to third parties any right or obligation arising from the Agreement (including the transfer of the advertising space to another business) without the prior written consent of the Administrator.
The non-exercise, partial exercise or delay in exercise by the Administrator of any right, power, claim or legal remedy arising from these Terms or the law does not constitute, nor is it interpreted as, a waiver of the relevant right, nor does it prevent its subsequent exercise at any time.
These Terms and every contractual or non-contractual relationship arising from them are governed by Greek Law.
