Mikro Amoni Beach is one of the most authentic, dreamy and "refined" hidden gems of the entire Peloponnese. It is located in the Saronic Gulf, in the lush green area of Solygia (near Sofiko and Pefkali of Corinth). It is a tiny, sheltered bay with stunning natural beauty, where the dense pine forest literally hugs the coast. - Type of coast: A protected, enclosed bay covered by clean pebbles in and out of the sea. Its waters are deep blue, turquoise, crystal clear and incredibly clear. Its great advantage is the many pine trees that reach the waves, offering rich natural shade throughout the day.
- Suitable for: Travelers looking for a quiet and quality alternative getaway away from the crowds. It is ideal for families, couples, but also for diving and fishing enthusiasts due to its extremely rich seabed.
- Infrastructure: Unorganized beach that maintains its pristine character, without sunbeds and beach bars. However, the area is well-kept, as right above it is the Oasis Resort which offers some sports areas, a children's park and benches under the pine trees. For food or accommodation, you will find options in the wider settlement (such as the neighboring Megalo Amoni).
- Access: Easy, about 1.5 hours from Athens and 28 km. from the Isthmus of Corinth. The transition is by road via the Provincial Road Corinth - Epidaurus. About 10 kilometers after Almyri, follow the relevant signs to the left towards Amoni. The road has several bends, while a small area for free parking is available near the coast.
