Peroulia Beach is one of the most impressive, endless and famous beaches of Messinia. It is located on the southwestern side of the Messinian Gulf, very close to the picturesque village of Komvoi and just 6 kilometers north of Koroni. Its trademark is the imposing, green hills full of olive groves that rise just behind the coast, creating a unique contrast with the golden sand and giving the feeling of a hidden, exotic earthly paradise.
- Type of coast: Wonderful, fine golden sand stretches along the entire length of the coastline and continues evenly into the seabed, without any stones. The waters are crystal clear, crystal clear, very warm and deepen extremely smoothly, making the sea look like an endless natural swimming pool.
- Suitable for: Families with small children, as the very shallow waters offer absolute safety and the soft sand is ideal for playing. It is equally preferred by couples and groups looking for a combination of natural beauty, comfort and relaxation in a lush environment.
- Infrastructure: Extremely well organized with beach bars and restaurants, which offer umbrellas, sunbeds, showers, changing rooms and good food. Due to its long length, it also has huge open areas for those who want to be isolated and set up their own equipment.
- Access: Access is by road via the network to Koroni, following the relevant signs. As the beach is located at the bottom of the hill, there are large free parking spaces at the top. The descent to the sandy beach is easily done on foot through organized stairs or a cement road, while some shops even have a special elevator (lift) for the convenience of visitors!
