Trinissa Beach
Description
The Endless Golden Beach of Evrotas
Trinissa Beach is one of the largest and most impressive coastlines in Laconia, as it extends over a huge, single sandy beach that exceeds 7 kilometers in length, incorporating the neighboring beach of Leimonas. It is located in the administrative unit of Skala (Municipality of Evrotas) and offers visitors a beautiful natural landscape.
- Type of beach: Endless fine golden sand. The waters are crystal clear and extremely shallow, ideal for relaxation. Just opposite are the three uninhabited islets, where the rare endemic manousia plants grow.
- Suitable for: Families with young children, as the sea deepens very smoothly. Due to the favorable winds, it is a top destination for windsurfing and kitesurfing, as well as free snorkeling.
- Infrastructure: Gently organized in places with beach bars, umbrellas, sunbeds and showers. The largest part of it remains completely free and virgin for those who want isolation.
- Access: Very easy by road via the Skala - Gythio axis (it is approximately 8 km from Gythio). It has ample, comfortable and free parking right next to the sea.
