Agios Andreas

Agios Andreas in Arcadia—one of the most beautiful and vibrant large villages of North Kynouria—is a traditional settlement with a distinct Tsakonian character, built at the foothills of Mount Parnon and very close to the shores of the Argolic Gulf. The village charms visitors with its stone houses, its lovely square featuring traditional coffee houses, and its warm hospitality; it also boasts a rich historical heritage, as the ruins of Ancient Anthini—complete with Cyclopean walls—are located in the area (on Nisi Hill).
