Ancient Sikyona

Ancient Sikyona, one of the most imposing and historically rich settlements of the northern Peloponnese, is a picturesque village of the Municipality of Sikyona in Corinth (formerly known as Vasiliko), built on a beautiful, naturally fortified plateau at an altitude of 140 meters, which rightly attracts global interest as it was one of the most important centers of arts, sculpture and politics of ancient Greece.
